Meet the Artist Behind Lil' Bird Art Studio
 

Hello! I'm the artist and instructor behind Lil' Bird Art Studio, and I’ve loved art for as long as I can remember. I come from a family rich in creativity and talent in the arts. As a child, I spent countless hours drawing dresses with my grandmother, doodling, coloring, and designing houses with my dad and watching my mom create gorgeous stained glass and beautiful calligraphy—creativity was at the heart of everything I did. When I discovered painting as a teen, I completely fell in love with it! Art has always been an intrinsic part of who I am, giving me a way to express myself and find contentment.
 

Now, I have the absolute joy of sharing that love of art with children. There’s nothing more magical than watching young artists create—seeing their eyes light up as they mix colors, master a new skill, and proudly show off their hard work. I love witnessing their confidence grow and their imagination come to life—and honestly, who couldn’t use a little more joy in their life?

I’m currently a landscape painter and a children’s art instructor, teaching from my home studio.
While I’ve taught classes and summer camps over the years, I began offering weekly lessons in 2023. I have four amazing, mostly grown children and a new grandson. My husband is my biggest supporter (and I’m his biggest fan!). Family and art are my world.
